The DECOY Comp will soon have you breaking your personal records; thanks to the Shimano Steps E8000 motor and the 540 Wh battery you’ll ride faster and longer than ever before. Add a bit of support and even the steepest of climbs are suddenly fun! With potent 170/165 mm travel suspension from FOX and the progressive V4L aluminum rear linkage the DECOY Comp rolls over every obstacle with confidence. The low center of gravity helps it stick to the trail, while the handling remains agile thanks to the mix of wheel sizes. The FOX 36 FLOAT Rhythm E-Bike fork with 170mm of travel and the FOX FLOAT DPX2 Performance shock offer excellent responsiveness in challenging terrain. The 12-speed SLX transmission from Shimano ensures smooth shifting while the SRAM Code R brakes provide great power and modulation. The E-Bike specific wheels are made by e*thirteen, together with Maxxis tires and the YT Postman dropper post they complete the DECOY Comp build with panache. With its 29-inch front wheel and 27.5-inch rear wheel mullet configuration, the DECOY Comp combines all the advantages of both wheel sizes, but it also benefits from downhill-oriented geometry. Thanks to the slack head angle and the moderate reach it feels stable and secure in rough terrain, so you can really get after it on the descents. The extra travel helps the bike stick to the trail and it gets more and more confident the steeper it gets. The dynamic rear end provides for a lively ride feel, perfect for trails with lots of jumps and trips to the bike park. The Flip Chip lets you adjust the geometry by making the head angle and seat tube angle 0.5 degrees steeper and raising the BB by 7 mm.
