The new JEFFSY makes light work of both the climbs and the downhills. With its potent 160 mm suspension package from FOX, generous reach and slack headangle it is ready to tackle any obstacle, which makes it particularly suitable for aggressive trail riding and enduro racing. The V4L kinematics provide ample mid-stroke support and plenty of end-stroke progressivity, which explains JEFFSY’s appetite for jumping. The compact chainstays and the 27“ wheels give JEFFSY its playful character and help you navigate the tightest of turns with ease. To ensure consistent handling across all the frame sizes, we made the chainstays longer on the XL and XXL. The result: JEFFSY lets you truly redefine your riding style. With a no-compromise component spec, the JEFFSY 27 CF Pro Race is the prime choice for racers and experienced pro riders alike. The FOX 36 Float Factory fork and FOX Float DPX2 Factory shock are extremely responsive and provide pro-level adjustment possibilities. The stiff TRSr crank gives the drive train a direct feel, while Shimano‘s crisp and precise XTR shifting ensures you are always in the right gear to put the power down on the trail. The awesome modulation of SRAM‘s Guide RSC brakes helps you stay in control even on steep slopes and in tight turns, while the stiff Renthal Fatbar Carbon and Renthal Apex cockpit combo lets you steer your bike with confidence. FOX’s Kashima-coated Transfer Factory dropper post provides stepless height adjustment to let you put your saddle exactly where you need it to be. Progress means change. In the case of the new JEFFSY 27, the changes are relatively small but the improvements are still noticeable. For an even better ride, we have given the new JEFFSY 27 longer reach and a slacker headangle. This has a calming effect on the bike and gives you more control when things get steeper and faster, the long reach helping JEFFSY stay on track and making sure even taller riders can sit “in” the bike. To apply YT’s Tailor Made concept also to the new JEFFSY, we’ve significantly shortened the seat tube and introduced an XXL size. This gives you the choice between two or even three frame size in order to adapt the reach measurement to your riding style and preferences. To ensure consistent handling across the frame sizes, we’ve made the chainstays longer on the XL and XXL, while the integrated Flip Chip lets you further adapt the bike’s geometry to suit your technique and terrain. Run it in the low position to slacken the headangle and lower the BB for fast and rough terrain, or switch to the high position to raise the BB for better clearance and more fun on the climbs.
