The company also manufactures bicycles used in bicycle sharing services in cities such as Montreal, Toronto, as well as for Santander Cycles in London, England.
In 1990, Road biking entrepreneur, Felix Gauthier, purchased the company, ushering the brand into its contemporary role as an international player in both road and mountain bike manufacturing.
