Gaerne G.Hurricane Shoes - 2023

The Gaerne G.Hurricane 2023 shoe is a bicycle specific shoe mainly designed for gravel use. But it is also suitable for your MTB adventures over any type of terrain. The technical features combine the pedaling performance of road shoes with the versatility and comfort of off-road shoes. The upper is made of a single piece of soft microfiber for a comfortable fit and to keep you feeling at ease for miles and miles, both pedaling and walking. The design is elegant and clean, and a new and particular 100% gravel-style color. The laser perforation of the upper ensures excellent ventilation and an optimal microclimate inside the shoe, especially on hot summer days. Side and front inserts on the upper to avoid scratches on the narrowest and most uneven paths. The lacing system is composed of a micro-adjustable BOA L6 rotor which guarantees a uniform, quick fastening and a constant tension, without any pressure points. The heel has an anatomical shape, with external air intakes and is fully integrated with the upper to guarantee excellent support. The internal footbed is breathable and anatomical to actively stimulate the foot with each pedal stroke. The stiff, lightweight outsole helps maximize power transfer, the rubber tread is designed to allow greater flexibility for walking and maximum grip and stability on all terrain and in all weather conditions. The structure of the sole combines both nylon and fiberglass materials, making it durable, lightweight and thin. The tread has been designed to ensure maximum grip/stability and has an excellent resistance to varying types of terrain. Two removable front studs give this shoe improved traction in variable and muddy terrains.
