Description

You know the look. The guy-who-don't-really-drives-that-on-a-hardtail look. With the new Epic Hardtail you'll get a lot more looks like that. Because we have further developed the speed demon of cross country. In the new framework, fast and easy meets trustworthy and efficient. Bringing the lightest bike to the start has always been one of the biggest challenges for the top teams. But the fight for every gram claimed victims. XC hardtails represent hard, fast rides at the expense of off-road capability and versatility. But who actually said that the exhausting battle against the rigidity and stubbornness of your bike makes you even a tad faster? We realized that the fastest bike is not just the lightest. That's why we said goodbye to conventional rear triangles, which only cause pain with their rigidity, and chose a completely different approach. The result was our incredibly capable, legendarily comfortable, incredibly light and extremely fast Epic Hardtail. Of course, we optimized every inch of the frame to create the lightest production hardtail in the world. That goes without saying. But our real goal was to develop a hardtail that combines performance with comfort. Aggressive geometry for singletrack, more tire clearance and unprecedented vertical flexibility, made possible solely by obsessive engineering, are now the hot facts of the Epic hardtail. A bike that embodies speed with every single fiber. A RockShox Judy Gold and the SRAM GX Eagle drive are the highlights of the build and offer excellent performance at an unbeatable price.

Size

If you are on a listing page, in this field you will find all the available sizes for that specific product. If you are instead on an ad page, this field reports the Size of the spedific product that is for sale.

The Size is one of the most important information for choosing the best fitting product to your body. Wehtere it is a bicycle or gear. Speaking about bike clothing and shoes, sizes follow the international size charts, but when it comes to bicycles and frames it is not possible to define a standard. Bicycles and frames come in many different shapes and geometries and this results in several sizing methods. As a general rule, though, you can assume that road bicycles are sized by the lenght the seat tube in centimeters (52, 54, 56, ...) and mountain bikes are instead sized by the S,M,L, ... rule. Our advice, is to look carefully at the sizing chart you can find in our product pages, but to be sure you are choosing the best fit for you, always refer to your trusted dealer or shop, because he is the one who is the one who can assist you at best for this purpose.

Eureka SKU

The Eureka SKU is a universal product code (UPC) that univocally defines a specific product in the bicycles' market.

Sharing the Eureka SKU of a listing bicycle, for example, means to indicate a very well-defined combination of Brand, Model, Mounting, and Model Year parameters that define a single bike model and no one else. The Eureka SKU of an Ad product, instead, is built from other information that guarantees it is still unique compared to all present, past, and future products managed by EurekaBike.

Manufacturer Code

The Manufacturer Code is a unique code that defines a particular Model from the side of the producer or brand. Often, this code can be found in manufacturers' catalogs or websites, but due to producers not adopting always the same standards, when the Manufacturer Code is not available, at EurekaBike we give the product an internally created Manufacturer Code based on the defining parameters of the product itself.
