Description

Thanks to the fabric with which it is made, the Powerflex stretch fabric micromesh summer helmet liner provides effective and immediate perspiration wicking, keeping the garment dry and protected, without sacrificing lightness and comfort. Its high elasticity makes it a versatile as well as a functional accessory. The summer cycling helmet liner, being an ideal product for the warmer months, does not cover the ears.

The Summerlight helmet liner can be used on days where temperature is in the range of +10° to +40°. Choose the colour and find out when is the ideal time to wear this high performance technical product for your training. The Summerlight helmet liner is guaranteed by Biotex's experience. The garment will retain its technical qualities over the years even after frequent washing but it is important to follow some simple rules for caring for it.

The Summerlight helmet liner is extremely light and seamless. Its water-repellent fibres don’t absorb perspiration, but expel it even after several hours of use. The Summerlight helmet liner is soft and moulds itself perfectly to the shape of the head.

Technology:

POWERFLEX is a bi-elastic mesh with unique features: the fabric is totally warp-knitted, seamless and very hard-wearing. Very light and breathable, it is suitable for outdoor sports activities in the warmer seasons. Ideal not only as underwear, but also as an outerwear garment for running and the gym. Our BTX polypropylene fibre yarn is in contact with the skin. Lycra and Nylon on the outside provide elasticity and style. Each Biotex line is characterised by unique features that distinguish it in terms of its thermal properties, its fit, compression and design; but all have the common aim of improving the body's performance when engaging in aerobic activity.

Summerlight Helmet Liner available in one size, that wicks perspiration, for cycling. Now available in Biotex online Shop.

Gear Usage Type

Cycling gear can be broadly categorized into different usage types based on the type of cycling being done and the preferences of the rider.

  • Casual gear: for the everyday cyclist who prioritizes comfort and convenience, even without a bike;
  • Racing gear: for the competitive cyclist who is looking to maximize performance;
  • Off-road gear: for the cyclist who enjoys riding on trails and rough terrain;
  • Commuting gear: for the cyclist who uses their bike as a means of transportation, mainly in cities;
  • Touring gear: for the cyclist who wants to go on a bicycle trip;
  • Adventure gear: for those who use their bicycle for long-distance travel, exploration, and self-supported touring.

Then there are "season" criteria such as, for example:

  • Winter gear: designed for the cyclist who wants to ride in cold and wet conditions;
  • Summer gear: design with particular carachteristics of lightness, breathability or sun protection;
  • All-season gear: whose usage is fine in all weather conditions.

Care Instructions
Take care of your Biotex garments and they will last for a long time. Biotex uses fabrics specially created to be in contact with the skin. To maintain their characteristics, we recommend gentle washing at a maximum temperature of 40° and air drying. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the garment's effectiveness. They must never be ironed. These fluorescent socks may fade after several washes.

Eureka SKU

The Eureka SKU is a universal product code (UPC) that univocally defines a specific product in the bicycles' market.

Sharing the Eureka SKU of a listing bicycle, for example, means to indicate a very well-defined combination of Brand, Model, Mounting, and Model Year parameters that define a single bike model and no one else. The Eureka SKU of an Ad product, instead, is built from other information that guarantees it is still unique compared to all present, past, and future products managed by EurekaBike.
