Kellys Bicycles is a Slovakian bicycle manufacturing company. The company was founded over 25 years, ago by Peter and Brano Divinec and is popular in the European market. The Slovak brand owns the Kellys, KLS, and Alpina brands. The company also produces and supplies bicycles and bicycle accessories to over 30 countries worldwide and participates in all major trade fairs in Asia and Europe.

Although Kellys bicycle began as a bike rental store, the Divinec brothers had always had hands-on experience in bicycle production, and in no time they had commenced production, selling over 30,000 bicycles in just 2 years after their launch.
